  • Strict regularity, implicit obedience, honesty, courtesy in speech and conduct, cleanliness of dress and person are expected of every pupil. Students and their parents must strictly conform to the instructions, rules and regulations laid down by the School in this regard
  • All the students should make it a point to show, themselves courteous and polite at all times. The school is judged by their decorum of behaviour
  • The pupils are responsible to the school authorities not only for their conduct in the school but also for their general behaviour outside. Any report of objectionable conduct outside the school on the part of the pupils make them liable to disciplinary action and even dismissal from the School
  • All the students should reach the school at least five minutes before the first bell for the class.
  • Late comers will not be admitted into the class without the Principal’s permission
  • In order to acquire a good command of English, which is the medium of instruction, students should speak English in the school premises.
  • School tasks assigned by the teachers should be done punctually.
  • No book, newspaper, periodical, CD and the like shall be brought to the school without the consent of the Principal. Mobile phones and cameras are not permitted in the school campus and if found using mobile or camera suitable action will be taken against the student concerned.
  • Fines may be imposed by the Principal for breaches of regularity and discipline
  • The School reserves the right to dismiss a student, who is irregular or whose progress in studies is steadily unsatisfactory or whose conduct in the school or outside is detrimental to other students or whose guardians show little interest in the progress of their wards. Grave insubordination, discourtesy or disrespect to teachers, contempt of authority, willful damage to the property or physical violence will result in the dismissal from the School.
  • Running and shouting in the school building is not allowed. When using staircase and corridors all must keep to the left. Walking or standing around the office area or the visitor’s lobby shall be avoided even during recess.
  • Students are not permitted to buy eatable things from the vendors.
  • No pupil will be promoted before the end of the school year.
  • Any kind of damage done to the properties of the School must be made good intact.
  • When the students leave classroom for P.H.E, Library, Laboratory etc., they must walk along the corridors and stairs in double lines and in perfect silence.
  • Students are not allowed to remain in the classroom during recess, Computer, Library or PT periods. Once on the playground, they should not return to the class room without the permission of the teacher concerned.
  • Cycles must be kept locked in the place assigned for the same. The School will not be responsible for the safety or security of the bicycles. No Student is permitted to bring a scooter or car to the school.
  • The school cannot be held itself responsible for books, money or any such article lost. The children must look after the safety of their own things. It is not advisable for the children to bring money or jewellery or any valuable article to the School
  • No gift or other demonstration to the members of the staff in their honour will be allowed without the permission of the Principal
  • Students are not permitted to visit staff-room without the permission of the teachers.
  • All accounts of the term must be settled in full before the commencement of the examination. If not the pupils will not be allowed to sit for the examination.
  • A minimum attendance of 75% of the working days is required for promotion even if they pass in all subjects.
  • No child will be allowed to leave the school during the school hours except for serious reasons and that too with a written request from the parents or guardian of the candidate.
  • Absence without leave is, liable to dismissal. Frequent late coming will render the child liable to be denied to sit in class and may be sent home
  • All pupils are expected to be present in the school on the reopening day after each vacation and on the last working day before the commencement of each vacation. Absence without permission renders the child liable to have his/her name struck off the school rolls.
  • Except for duly approved reasons, extension of leave is not permitted. Students who extend their leave for more than 3 days after vacation, without the permission will have their names struck off the rolls.
  • Application for medical leave, for more than 2 days, should be accompanied by a medical certificate from a doctor who is qualified and registered.
