SCHOOL PROMOTION PROCESS
The results of the examinations published are final. Parents and guardians are not expected to dictate terms to School Authorities regarding their child’s promotion or detention which is decided on the performance of the child following strictly the guidelines of the C B S E. The Board has made appearance in the Summative Assessments and securing 25% marks in the Summative Assessments (both the SA1 and SA2 taken together) i.e. atleast 15 marks out of 60 marks and total 33% in each of the five subjects of scholastic area mandatory to be eligible to qualify the Examination w.e.f. the academic session 2013-14 for Class IX and 2014-15 for Class X. (Refer C B S E Circular No COORD/EC-14.01/2013 dated 08.08.2013 for details). Students securing grades D and above are eligible for promotion. Students with E grade are not promoted. For Class XI too C B S E bye laws and guidelines are strictly followed in the matters of promotion.
